My husband and I purchased a condo apartment in Toronto as a second home for the summers – a getaway from the heat and the hurricanes in Florida where we live the rest of the year.  We didn’t have the time to furnish the condo before we wanted to use it this past summer, so we asked our real estate agent for a referral to a furniture rental company, which brought us to Executive Furniture Rentals.

From the first email exchange with Sasha, their VP of Sales, I appreciated her responsiveness, customer focus, flexibility and creativity in designing solutions for us.  She helped us think through the furniture we would need, got a good sense of our style preference from photos of our Florida home and the photos of the condo unit in Toronto and then worked with me to select the best fit for us from some really good options.  The prices were reasonable and the solution was great.

Our great customer experience carried over to the logistical side of working with Executive Furniture Rentals.  The furniture delivery and assembly was taken care of on time and smoothly, as was the pickup 3 months later.  The delivery staff shared that same upbeat professional attitude that left me feeling very comfortable with them moving heavy items in and out of our new place.

And when we needed a few additional items during our stay, Sasha and her associate Mark were highly responsive in coming up with those one or two items we hadn’t foreseen needing.

What a great company and team!  Thanks to them for a fantastic first experience!

We needed two beautiful, sturdy and spotless  bar stools to use for a fireside chat with our Global VIP.  Executive Furniture Rentals had exactly what we were looking for at a fair rental price. The best part was dealing with Sasha who answered all our question and pick up and return was a seamless process. I have been working with Executive Furniture Rental for many years as a Staging Professional/Designer and I have to say I love everything about this company. The staff in house (Sasha in particular!) as well as the warehouse guys and delivery team are all stellar. Amazingly professional, wonderful inventory with great selections and always there to assist with planning. I have become very familiar with the delivery team throughout the years and they are nothing shy of amazing. Sasha is also always there to assist when a particular piece may not be in stock and provide very helpful suggestions, even at the last minute (if need be). Words cannot speak or reflect enough of how much I would recommend this company for furniture rentals with unparalleled customer service. A++++ all around in my realm. Executive Furniture has been brilliant to work with. We needed furniture while waiting for our shipment to arrive from overseas and when we hosted guests. Sasha was in charge of coordinating our rentals both times and she gave excellent service. Arrival/pick up is on time, furniture is clean and in good shape. Prices are reasonable.
