Mark Miller, President of Executive Furniture Rentals recently hit two separate Amazon.com best-seller lists with “Home Staging Our Secrets” book.

A select group of the world’s leading home staging experts to co-write the book titled, Home Staging Our Secrets: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal Their Secrets for Getting Maximum Value for Your Home with Minimal Effort.

The book was released by CelebrityPress™ – a leading business book publisher on May 9, 2013.

Mark Miller renowned for his innovative initiatives was honoured to be requested to contribute to the book. He authored the chapter entitled:

On the day of release, Home Staging Secrets reached best-seller status in two Amazon.com categories (1) the Buying and Selling Homes, and (2) Real Estate categories.

Mark, President and principal owner of Executive Furniture Rentals, was educated at Carleton University and Trent University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. His first position was working as a Marketing Researched with an urban development firm, WW Urban Consultants.

Canadian Furniture Leasing

One year later he joined the family business, Canadian Furniture Leasing. It had been founded by his father Arthur Miller who pioneered furniture rental as a viable industry in Canada.

Later the company was renamed Executive Furniture Rentals and under Mark’s leadership the company has flourished. Notably, Executive Furniture Rentals is CORT’s (a Berkshire Hathaway company) Canadian service provider which is part of CORT Furniture Rental’s Global Network that provides furniture rental to multi-national companies and international relocation services.

Mark has served as President of the International Furniture Rental Association and is active member of the Core-Net and International Facility Management Associations. Mark has also served on the Board of Directors of Frontiers Foundation, Operation Beaver, which dedicates itself to building new homes in depressed communities, and on the first National Voluntary Committee of the Secretary of State (Canadian Federal Government).

The authors of “Home Staging Secrets” go ‘way past’ the old standby sales advice to transport your house to a new level of sales readiness and marketability – one that appeals to a broader range of buyers – with the specific goal of selling it in a shorter time for a higher price.

The royalties from this project will be given to Entrepreneurs International Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating unique launch campaigns to raise money and awareness for charitable causes.
